British prime minister David Cameron is to make a guest appearance in an upcoming Lady Gaga video for her single ‘Government Hooker’.

The track, featured on her album Born This Way, includes the lyrics “Put your hands on me, John F Kennedy, I’ll make you squeal baby.”

Gaga met the prime minister after she performed at the O2 arena in London last December and convinced him to make a cameo appearance in her video as part of her campaign to highlight gay rights.

Last year, Mr Cameron appeared in a YouTube video as part of the ‘It Gets Better Today’ campaign, telling bullied gay teenagers “You don’t have to struggle on dealing with this on your own. Whether it’s your mum or your dad, or teachers, family friends or people who care about you and want to help you. Speak to them and you’ll feel so much better.”

A Downing Street source said: “David Cameron is a massive Lady Gaga fan and he was delighted to be asked to appear in her next video. He is due to meet Barack Obama in Washington later in April and will film the video on the way.”
