Thank God they did something right in Maryland, now pass a law allowing gays to get married, for God sake I know Maryland is full of gays I use to go there all the time. You got rights people fight for them. I know you can take it to the streets to get your right, I have seen it with my own eyes. Don’t back down. You are Americans.
No it’s not. It’s a start but even once it’s through, folks will still be discriminated against when out in public! Not enough protection by a long way and I feel from my trans brothers and sisters in Maryland.

More legal protection, yet is it enough?

A step in the right direction then with a lot further to go.
One of the major problems for trans people is homelessness, even being kicked out of shelters. This will not help.
Definitely something that urgently needs to be addressed.
