erm hate to say it but my money’s on recording it using their mobile phones.
I really hope I’m wrong but after helping out in a couple of incidents here and seeing people just stand with their camera phones in the air I think the voyeur has taken a very dark and twisted turn.
However I do also recognise the need for evidence.

@ Adam…It will not end while religion exists or at least keep ranting it’s sick homophobic message .I’m betting these four thugs were christian, probably Roman Catholic, as their names and geographic address’ would indicate they were Hispanic. I may be wrong but Hispanic agression using homophobic and domestic abuse is rife amongst this group in New York City and has been for the last 50 years.

Whilst the parents have some influence it’s not a simple matter of GAGO (garbage in garbage out) as it is with computers. Peer pressure has something to do with it as well as all kinds of other factors. It must be difficult cutting it as a homophobe when your neighbourhood is called “Queens”.
At some stage they have to start taking responsibility for their own bigotry and IMO the earlier the better. Charging the parents won’t teach these punks to be better people.

My heart goes out to this young man’s family. I’m a pretty tolerant person, don’t always agree with the ‘eye for an eye’ thing. But in a case like this, where we’re not dealing with human beings – but savages! – they should be made an example of. Hopefully the NY authorities and justice system will work and these pieces of s**t will SUFFER for the rest of their sorry ass, no good lives!

i agree. we’re all the same, maybe not on the outside, but we all have a heart ya know? but people like this have no heart. they just can’t accept the fact that everyone is different. it’s sickening to even think about. it’s no one’s business if someone is gay, bi, or straight!! on another note, they probably didn’t even know him and judged him for “being there” and targeted him. as i said before, it’s sickening and they deserve every consequence they’re getting. they have to live for the rest of their lives knowing they killed an innocent person who did nothing to deserve that!!
