  1. When will people ever learn that what two (or more – whatever) consenting adults do is their own business.

Why is the British Apostolic Churches Alliance blocking this law change in India, what has it to do with them. This group is based in London.

…but we are talking about a secular Constitution here, not a religion, right?

  7. Fingers crossed that the Supreme Court finds in favour of the 2009 ruling. Even since then, there seem to have been more reports of gay events, etc in India. It would be such a shame to stop that momentum.

  9. Kurt,

Thanks for the link from your name, It’s to the US Navy homepage (when you add www in front) which has the message from the head of the navy asking for everyone to treat everyone else with dignity and respect as they implement the important repeal of DADT.

From the tone of your message I did not take you to be someone wanting to help us see such a positive, inclusive validation of homosexuals in the military, and society in general.

Once again thank you for you link and your support.

The same reason the British governors of India originally created the law in the first place over 100 years ago I imagine. Control.

At least the religions have found one thing they can agree on. Hatred.
