  1. If everyone that has received help from London Friend in the last 40 years gives just £1 they would easily raise it.

    Good Luck Friend!

When you give to the appeal, remember to Gift Aid it – then George Osborne also has to give London Friend the income tax you paid on the money (to make up for imposing the council cuts in the first place).

Do support the appeal – London Friend is a lifeline.

I went to a discussion group for men coming out at London Friend back in 1990 or so, and it was a big help and a memorable experience. I’ll certainly make a donation.

  4. Please help save this wonderful service

  5. I was going to say it amazes me, but actually it doesn’t.

This site can have 100+ comments about some homophobic comment made in the press or TV, but when it REALLY comes down to true community matters, you don’t see these people for dust.

Anyone that knows me knows I consider the ‘gay community’ a myth, and just a bunch of like-minded people that happen to be pointed in the same direction; but here I will make an exception. London Friend is an amazing organisation that has helped countless people (including myself), and they need help desperately.

All those wankers out there that constantly write to their MP’s and complain to the PCE about some crap in the Daily Mail, why not actually CONTRIBUTE for once and put your hands in your pockets?

I would like to point out that gay men are stereotypically selfish, self centered and egotistical and when it comes to money, are as tight as a ducks arse. Stereotyping?
    Prove me wrong.
