  1. Action needs to be taken. Ofsted needs to fail all schools which do not;
    -have anti-homophobic bullying policies
    -provide positive reinforcement such as LGBT History Month activities
    -take swift action against homophobic activity
    -provide diversity training for ALL teaching staff
    -Provide support such as gay/straight alliance clubs for LGBT students and have out gay role models among teachers and governers

  2. I heard back yesterday on the Coalition’s policy re homophobic bullying. Basically it is to hope that schools do more to stop it, Also the Department for Education pointed me to Nick Clegg’s anti-bullying video.
