And it’s funny that it’s mostly Marines that show up as actors on military M4M porn sites.
Gen. James Conway told Fox News that “90 to 95 per cent of the Marines” he had informally surveyed said they had concerns about the consequences of allowing gay men and lesbians to serve openly.
Informally and 90-95% – yeh the secretly gay and so totally frustrated christians who fear getting a boner, from looking at a gay guys penis, and thinking about where it may have been. Leading to his own saluting
sack them then
It’s not like the soldiers who signed up and we’re LBg we’re respected so why start worrying what soldiers think now? although now I guess it’s heteros so it’s not ok to sack em
What exactly did he ask them and what did they think he wanted them to say (a big issue in any heirarchical set-up)? I somehow think they weren’t asked anything anonymously.
Emotive and irrelevant rubbish designed to sabotage.
I was in a 7 year relationship with a fellow who was in the navy. I was not allowed to go to their xmas party because of the ‘inappropriate behaviour’ (their words not mine) that would have taken place. Maybe they thought I would eat my soup with the dessert spoon, who knows. That was the late 80s early 90s. I sometimes wonder what is different 20 years on, despite friends telling me that things are better for people who are GLBT. Sometimes it is a bit dim.
@RJP: I hope you don’t believe
everything that you hear and see, particularly on a gay porn website! Sporting a tattoo that reads USMC (or similar) and wearing marine clothing does not a marine make.
No, a frontal lobotomy is what makes a Marine. (Inside joke. All the other branches, particularly the Army, joke that in order to make an Army/Navy/Airforce person a Marine, all that need be done is give the recruit a frontal lobotomy)
Truth is, the Marines are a branch of the military that is known for being “tougher” than the others, which actually boils down to having a worse case of testosterone poisoning.
They don’t call them Jar Heads for nothing. Stupid is all I can think of for these people. These Jar heads have been serving with gays as long as everybody else in other branchs of the service. They were asked questions that probably had negative answers.
How can this conversation be real?
A general ‘informally’ asks a moronic jughead “You want faggots in the unit?”
He’s going to bark “Sir! Yes, Sir!”
