I don’t know what the definition of transgender that was used for this report. Transgender is supposed to be very inclusive so it covers a wide variety of groups. If they exclusively focused on transexuals i suspect the suicide attempt rate would be well over 90%. In all the years i have met transexual people I have rarely found someone with a transexual background who hasn’t tried to end their life.
I myself attempted suicide when i was 6 and only stopped attempting suicide when I was 9/10 because i didn’t care enough about myself to try again
