Sounds very familiar… transsexual folk—even with UK GRA 2004 gender recognition certification—on British Overseas Territories are in the same legal limbo… it’s about time Britain’s so called LGBTQQI friendly Clegeron government had the guts to forcibly remedy the latter…

Another anti ” same sex” marriage victory for Monica Carss-Frisk QC, who also did a similar thing in the European Court I believe.

  3. I’d love to know who, in the last Labour government, instructed her to intervene and oppose equal marriage rights in the European Court!

  4. What the hell man? THE GUY WANTS TO BECOM FEMALE, SHE WANTS TO LIVE AS A FEMALE, LET HER GET THE DARN SURGERY DAMMIT.

It’s better than a guy-guy relationship by a miles, so pick your choice, a homosexual relationship, or a post-op transexual female relationship. i’d pick the later any day.
