I thought it was Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell… Why is it that only those who tell lose their jobs? Anyone who pries should have been brought before a court, too.

  2. Even by their insane logic of ‘Don’t ask, don’t tell’, she should have been allowed to keep her job.
No colleague asked her about her sexuality.
She didn’t tell anyone about her sexuality.
    What an absolute disgrace.

  3. I support this lady. The whole DADT thing needs to go and the sooner the better. When are people in the US going to grow up? So some people are gay, transgendered, bi, lesbian, whatever? Get over it!

  5. “The Air Force argues that Major Witt has had four lesbian relationships during duty and that she is no longer qualified for her former role.”

‘Whoops – I’m sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember how to be a nurse. Must have been all that lesbian sex I was having. . .’

  6. Yeah, how DARE she have four lesbian relationships over the space of 19 (!!) years! No straight service members have EVER done that!

  7. And by ‘done that’, I mean ‘have had relationships of any kind whilst serving their country’.
