  1. Poor guy, not only has he been murdered, put into a holdall and then left in a bath for two weeks, he’s now having his name dragged through the mud by that annal of good journalism, The Sun.

  2. Will the Sun headline be “The spy who bummed me”?

Wouldn’t be surprised if it is another GBH overdose. Too many guys going way too far off the rails on these so-called wonder drugs lately.

However, remember how long it took the police to work out the Russian was poisoned by radioactive polonium? Could still be he knew too much.

  3. Poor sod; I hope his family are receiving support and sympathy.

how the f*k does the Stun get this “news”? It wouldn’t be a (paid) police leak would it?

But it’s just the innuendo and gossip they adore

  5. That is one spectacularly beautiful building.

  6. “According to the Sun”

That’s all I needed to discount this story!

You a real news source PinkNews not a comic.

  7. if this guy was a spy surely his id should have been confidential but as he’s gay his name can be dragged through the mud by the scum. all you sky owning gay people remember you’re lining paying murdoch to print this crap and ignaico you’re a cnut

  8. Anyone seen him on the scene, then?

the fact he was gay would have been known to the security services and CIA (if those tw*ts are now having kittens)

I can see the beginning of a witch-hunt brewing (need to review vetting…)

  10. @ Julian (#3): I think it’s unlikely a GHB overdose would be found in a holdall in a bath, don’t you?

Obviously it’s traumatic for his family, but it’s disappointing they’ve used the language of shame to counter the suggestions he might have been gay. “He was a very private person, we didn’t really know what he did, but how dare you speculate that he might have been gay! He was good at sports!” [I paraphrase.]

It is extremely hard for a family to lose a loved one unexpectedly. I can only imagine it would be all the harder if they tripped over some of these comments.

The guy is dead, in unpleasant circumstances, and perhaps the muck raking and p1ss taking could be put to one side for a change.

What A Whole Lot Of Speculative And Total Crap Talk, About This Murdered Guy, If He Was A Spy For Any Of The Security Services Nobody In This Country Including The Police Would Have Heard About It……..The Body Would Have Just been classified as missing presumed dead.
