Sorry, but until you have the right to marry, and the implications of getting married (which means Alaskans need to fight for marriage)….you should not get what straight couples don’t even get. It’s not fair to get things that they also may not get without tying the knot. The main reason this will not work is because straight unmarried couples will, by default, then have to be eligible.
