Oh,AT LAST,a judge who saw common sense!Maybe I’m pissing in the wind here,but I sincerely hope this will act as some form of deterant.Well done that appeal panel!
So much thanks to this judge for this. I do not take any joy at people being in prison but this man could be even more dangerous if let out that freely. I wish more judges had such common sense.
