London Pride afterparties
After tomorrow’s London Pride parade, speeches and acts, a number of afterparties are taking place across the capital.
The official afterparty is Liberation at Koko in Camden, where the crowd will be entertained by fire-breathing, stilt-walking drag queens, dancers, acrobats and a surprise PA.
DJs for the night will be The Freemasons, Stewart Who?, Wayne G and Andy Almighty and the club is open between 10pm and 5am.
Continuing the gay liberation theme, Duckie at Camden Town Hall is holding a “pre-gay lib” club called Gross Indecency.
Amy Lame, Scottee and Readers Wifes will be turning the clock back to the early 1960s.
To follow a number of pre-Pride parties this evening, Popstarz after dark at the Den will be free after 3.15am, carrying on until the morning.
Meanwhile, Perez Hilton fans lucky enough to have bagged an invite can see the man himself, plus Kelis, Basshunter and Diana Vickers at the Indigo2 for his One Night in London party tomorrow.
Other afterparties will include Hotmess at Dalston Superstore, G-A-Y at Heaven, Ruby Does Pride at The Purple Turtle and Fitladz at Union.
