  1. Well I should hope that anyone, regardless of oreintation, gets punished for downloading porn onto a work computer, just for their sheer stupidity if nothing else.

I don’t think it should be an issue that it was porn he was downloading.

If he was downloading it for his personal use, in private then that’s no different from downloading a football match.

The problem is that he was neglecting his job and he deserves to be punished for that.

  3. I think he’s gotten off lightly. It’s bad enough using work ‘phones for such purposes but being unreachable during life-threatening emergencies is unpardonable.
    I would have sacked him.

  4. This bloke has got off very very lightly and is lucky to even still be in a job, and this is coming from someone who actually works on an adult site called Twisted Talent which you can visit at http://wap.twistedtalent.com on you rmobile handset

Regardless of the job I’m in there is no way that I would be using company property for my own personal use regardless if it was for porn or not. This is for personal use and should be done on his own personal property.

One thing I have to question though is why has the Ambulance Service removed content lock from this mobile number, is it just the specific number or do all of there numbers have content lock removed. If content lock was still applied on this number then there is less chance he would have got to this content on his phone and indeed possibly not have managed to use the chat room services either.
