    ‘Admiral Mike Mullen, who is chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing earlier today (Tuesday) that repealing the 1993 law was “the right thing to do”.’

    Better late than never. Shame about the 13000 wasted careers.

  3. Well it will be even later – a year to do a study, and about 4 years to implement. The chances of this being repealed in the next year are close to nil.
