Another celebrity jumping on the “I’m bi” band-wagon? Well, according to her friends, I’d only believe it when it comes from the horses mouth herself (literally!) – I know I wouldn’t!

  2. The Menstruator 1 Feb 2010, 2:21pm

Did she just admit that bisexuals do whatever feels good? Meow. More proof that Amy W. is rather disgusting.

    1. I think that the fact that you’re name is ‘The Menstruato(u)r’ and you’re calling Amy ‘disguisting’ is a rather the-pot-called-the-kettle-black kind of irony. And Amy didn’t say that she ‘does whatever feels good” her friends spoke for her. Also, what Amy feels doesn’t apply to al bisexual. Also, what it was meant by ‘feeling good’ means feeling natural (just a it should when a monoexual or bisexual fees and attraction to whoever).

Is that a speech bubble coming out of her mouth? I didn’t think she knew any words. Oh no, it’s something gummy. Well she knows one word, now. Four whole syllables. But only three if you say them fast. I wonder what flavour it is, that bubble. Slebs – where would we be without them? Honestly, I don’t know how we’d cope. Now my day is complete. Nearly. In other news…

  4. Menstrator – she admits only that she does what pleases her

  5. Hahah, someone with a name like, “The Menstruator” is calling amy disgusting. Now, you can get all feminazi on me here, but really, would I visit forums or comment sections with a name like “the ejaculator”? Surely, considering your biology that’s already a given. I think its people with your kind of victim mentality that are so quick to lash out at others. There’s more to you than your plumming, remember that.

  6. poor old Amy can’t make her mind up at all about anything let alone her sexuality; what a pity because she has a good voice and a talent thats being wasted!

  7. “Most women can appreciate another woman’s beauty but Amy definitely takes that to the next level.”

Ah, yes. “Most women” (which therein implies that most women are, indeed, bisexual). Despite this story being about a female singer, the male bisexual is conspiculous by his absence. Why not just say “most people” find their own sex attractive? Or would this revelation hurt the feelings of notoriously delicate Fleet Street editors? (Not to mention readership.)

How strange that the media seems intent to present bisexuality as an inherently female characteristic – whereas, statistically, from a human perspective, the same must surely be said of males.

Whereas sex between two (“or more!”) women is somehow “good clean fun” and “more natural”, half-baked internet bloggers always roll out the usual defensive platitudes about “weirdo” gay men – our “unnatural” sex acts (so we’re told) the stuff of staunch heterosexual nighmare. The relative prominance of bisexual women just goes to prove the power of repetition in a male-driven media: the more exposed society is to something, the more “normal” and less likely to foster detractors it becomes – further ingraining itself in the culture. Because of its obvious currency amongst a certain male demographic, the truthfulness of bisexual women is called into question by cynics claiming they have something to promote or those tired of the double standard.

The Big Two (we’re routinely told), is for modern women to satisfy her male partner by partaking in “FFM” threesomes (Female-female-male), and extreme anal sex – those same women being made to feel inadequate if they can’t – or simply don’t want to – pander to what is no longer “fantasy”, but bonafied expectation. A gauntlet thrown down by the national diet of internet porn and peer pressure, with children as young as 8 having regular access to the most hardcore imagery.

For lesbians, a “damned-if-we-do, damned-if-we-don’t” attitude is painfully obvious. It’s all well and good for a woman to branch into her own sex to titilate her partner, but to actually desire a more substantial relationship with a woman is still, despite all our acomplishments in furthering the same-sex cause, considered “weird” by the pause button crowd with their weekly diet of Nuts and Zoo.

The ugly truth is these same fetishists who lust after “bisexuals” consider “real” lesbian relationships completely irrelevant – the terrible fallout of this being that watching this act (which must go contrary to their values if they find homosexuality so abhorrent), is the sexual equivalent of rubbing her face in dog s**t.

Homophobia has become self-sustaining in this climate of fetishising lesbians and bisexual women. There is no allowance for gay men, no exposure to the possibility of relationships outside what has become the stultifying norm.

Only when these so-called “real men” have nothing to lose by admitting they fancy a bit of man-on-man will real bisexuals have nothing to fear.

I cant blame her, if she is comfortable about it all the better,….who was it who said it doubles her chances of a date on a Saturday night lol

  9. She has also had sex with rats, dogs, cockroaches, and any other slimy, crawling, slitherin scum she could degrade herself with. Throw that scrany, white-trash wh**e in a road side ditch where it belongs. The smell of a scabby camel comes to mind.

    What lovely friends she has.

  11. Oh, God help us. Please put her back – firmly – on the other side of the fence NOW.

  12. Great…Amy Winehouse…definitely someone who represents the bisexual community well…good grief…

Coming out as bisexual via friends is the only way famous people can do it without being accused of being publicity-seeking monosexuals.

At least, that’s what I used to think before I saw some of the comments here. Oh well. Maybe some day scientists will come up with a way for bisexuals to out themselves and be believed.
