  1. WOW tit for tat !

Keep on useing it i say !

  2. “When the gay rights group ignored the letter, it filed a lawsuit.”

Their lawyers not only talked to ProtectMarriage lawyers they replied to their letter telling them they have no case. Which was posted on Courage Campaign’s website. Hardly ignoring the letter and sloppy reporting.

  3. It just goes to show that even those who discriminate against same-sex couples and our families, really do recognize the similarity to their own families! Of course they’ll never admit it – da** hypocrites!

    did they register the design?

If not they’ve got a sticky corner to fight

  5. Mihangel apYrs: “Did they register the design?”

They don’t have to. it’s their intellectual copyright. Trust me, I am a graphic designer. Even if you pay me to design you a logo, the design remains mine unless specifically stated in writing.

Sorry, joke or no joke, they could be in seriously hot water for this. Copyright law is a whole world of pain.

    thanks RobN for clarifying that.

  7. In the United States, there are exceptions when the item is a parody. Among the reasons, a parody can count as legitimate political expression, protected by the free speech clause of the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution.

  8. Easten philosophy says use an enemy’s own power against him. this is classic art of war stuff. Good on them use the similar logo. I think its kind of funny they are getting so uptight about it….its drawing attention to the pro gay marriage group. lol

  9. They have now been told to bugger off by the Judge.
