Lady Gaga tackles homophobic fan
Lady Gaga was reportedly forced to confront a homophobic man at one of her gigs.
The gay-friendly singer had performed in an Ottawa club and was dancing with friends when a man approached her to hurl homophobic abuse at her and fellow star Adam Lambert.
According to the National Enquirer, he called Lambert a derogatory word and accused Gaga of being a man. The singer fired back: “Well, that’s your opinion, isn’t it? And I’m not about to waste my time trying to change it.”
He then called the pair “freaks” and said they were going to hell, to which Gaga replied: “Okay, that’s it. Call me anything you want, but when you start calling my friends names, it’s over – it’s war!”
She reportedly then poured a drink over his head and made a swift exit.
