   Well put Rose, my sentiment exactly – Whats with the MAY loose, have some balls UN and tell them that if this law is passed then they WILL loose it!

   I feel sorry for the citizens of Uganda but that country, if it passes this bill, should loose more than an AIDS institution. It should loose all international aid.
