    david Cameron really is engaging with the gay community in a way we have never seen from the Tories before, and what’s more he seems really genuine about it.

    David Cameron really is a different kind of Tory and I can’t wait for him to get the keys to number 10!

    I genuinely believe that David Cameron will be a good friend to the gay community if he enters 10 Downing Street. One of the biggest losers in Labour’s NHS cuts are HIV clinics (testing and treating services). They are seen as ‘easy targets’ when slashing services to save money.

    For all the things the Tories did and didn’t do in the 80s, very few people can fault their excellent hard-hitting campaigns to alert people to the virus (then a bigger killer) and educate the public generally. Norman Fowler, the then Conservative Secretary of State for Health, led the campaign. He’s a hero.
