8:05 PM — The Washington Blade has been relaunched as the DC Agenda by its staff. It was distributed as an eight-page newsletter on Friday and former employees of the Blade hope to print a 16-page edition this week.
Uganda’s president claims that gays are ‘recruiting’ 24
7:28 PM — The president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, has warned that European gays are "recruiting" Ugandan citizens. Speaking at the Young Achievers Awards ceremony on Saturday at the Kampala Serena Hotel, he said: "I hear European homosexuals are recruiting in Africa."

6:44 PM — Kevin Rudd, the prime minister of Australia, has been challenged by his party to pass legislation allowing gay marriage. The Australian Labor Party in the state of Victoria passed a resolution in support of marriage equality last weekend.
