Thief robs gay men in Brighton

Police have appealed for information to help catch a thief who befriends gay men in order to steal from them.

Two men have come forward to report that their possessions were stolen after they invited the man home with them, according to the Brighton Argus.

In the two cases, items such as laptops, televisions and mobile phones were stolen, along with bank cards.

The first theft took place on October 23rd in Albany Villas, while the second happened on October 1st in Wilbury Road.

The suspect is described as being in his late 20s, 5ft 10in and with olive skin and short dark brown hair.

He speaks with a Spanish accent and is described as stocky.
