		<description>I think it should be noted for people who aren&#039;t familiar with the New York State court system. The Supreme Court of New York State is not the highest court within New York. The Court of Appeals is the highest. Therefore, it should be noted, the ruling may not be the final say in this case depending on the appeals process.</description>
