He went to rehab a couple of years ago whereas George continued to use drugs which is an obvious conflict of interest for someone trying to stay sober. I doubt Kenny Goss gave a toss about Georgie's fondness for toilets seeing as George seems to have been cottaging for years. I think it’s probably more likely to do with Goss’ treatment for alcoholism.
