Isn't this sort of thing usually supposed to happen to the rapist? Yet, here, the victim gets it - purely because she's trans. As it is so unusual for a rape victim to suffer widespread abuse from the community to the extent of being forced to leave home, then you'd think that somewhere in the national media this story would have got coverage. Naaah...'news'papers are only interested when the transperson is the crime perpetrator; not the crime victim!
