The isolation of professional gay and lesbian people should be a major concern.The latent homophobia that still exists even today in the medical and nursing professions does need to be tackled by the NHS and hospital and primary care trusts.Ditto the teaching profession and certainly our civilian police.
What has someones proffesion got to do with mental health of the indiviual. he ex-partner was concerned and asked friends. The Lesbian community tend to look after themselves quite well. As I am seeing from first hand. But this has nothing to do with the work place.
