I hope this vile clod goes away for a long, long time. Rape, torture and murder are the most serious crimes of all, and his sentence should reflect this.

  5. “My religious beliefs don’t allow for a male to have sex with another male.” he says.

So, do his *religious beliefs* allow for him to be unfaithful to his girlfriend then – by going out and seeking sex with another woman? Funny sort of religion that makes infidelity A-Okay, ’tis not? Meethinks, either this is the sort of *religion* a lesser ‘man’ makes up as he goes along when he’s in deep doggie doodoos. Either that or, perchance, Homophobic Transphobe Bigamist has now, all of a sudden, been accorded status as a registered religion.

I actually think it’s really vile the way that he tried to get away with this horrific crime by trying to make it seem as if he was the victim in all of this. Not only has he raped this poor woman, but he then went on to add further to her suffering by trying to sell the obnoxious idea to the jury that it somehow doesn’t matter as much if he’s a violent against a woman – so long as she’s trans.

Seems to me he was betting on the jury being similarly as bigoted but, fortunately, they saw right through his repellent tactics – to come face-to-face with a very nasty piece of work indeed!

Oh, and as Abi says: Where’s all the *moral outrage* from the tabloids or any other of the newspapers – who haven’t even bothered to report this. Seems they’re only interested when the transperson is the perpetrator, and stories like this are just not what they want to hear!

At four in the morning, mosy people are home in bed, but we are only young once.

How ia it that this kind of mindless violence against a Trans get so little coverage and fails to interest the majority of our readers and commenters?

Trans know more about living in fear than the rest of us put together.

i know both parties well as i am from this area. i feel that kiran desered what he got if not more. the family are complete and utter money grabbers ad are known around the town for a number of negative reasons. matthew clayton, the victim was a lovely person and even had a resonable voice to be heard on the x factor in 2008 i think it was..he has sinse changed his name and can no longer live in llanelli as a female. i think this is wrong as the law needs to be justified…
