Turing helped decipher the code produced by Germany’s Enigma machine. He conceived the idea of the Turing machine, still used in computer science today.
I suppose an apology is symbolically for our community good, but I really see it as 69 years too late as Turning will no nothing of it.
I want an apogy for: Lord Montague, Micheal Pitt-Rivers and Peter Wildblood Who were also Jailed in the 1950s for the same ‘HOMOSEXUAL CRIMES’ as Alan Turing.
