  1. I CANNOT understand how someone can say that they only wanted to ‘hurt her’ when this person shot at her. I believe that the Jury would not have come to the manslaughter charge if that person had not been a trans person!

    RJ…It doesn’t matter what we believe in a trial what matters is what the prosecutor can prove and how well the defense attorney does their job in proving reasonable doubt.

    I hope the judge included the manslaughter option to ensure a conviction for something. The jury may not have gone for murder and the crim would have walked free….
