would have been nice to have some sort of action/reaction from the Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Association but I gather from a friend who has been in touch with them about this that they can’t really be bothered…
When we approached a solicitors a few years ago after initialy taking on our details for our wills, refused to see us when they found out we were gay. We suspect this discrimination covertly still goes on.
Just as well he wasn’t talking about cabin crew on planes!
Hijacking is a very string word, it is rare those with such legal knowledge would use it lightly, I wonder if David Moore could elaborate on his experiences with the Law Society and explain why he feels this way and why it is a bad thing?
So what if “the gays” are now making some noise in the law society, that’s nothing Mr Moore, next we’re going to “hijack” marriage then your kids and finally take over the world. :-D
Oooh I didn’t know about this – Croydon is just round the corner from me!
If anyone asks me who they should go to for legal advice in Croydon, I will NOT be pointing them in the direction of Streeter-Marshall! I hope they fold!

Well done to CAGS for not letting homophobic behaviour unchallenged!
Try finding good lawyers & legal protection if your gay in rural areas of the UK where judicial homophobia is still the norm.

This man David Moore is still living in his antiquated Law-Bubble and is reluctent to budge.
