Not that old straw man again, we just want equality… we’re not attempting to turn all the straight people gay.
Hell, we can’t afford enough lager to turn the straight population gay on a permanent basis, even if we wanted to.

  3. who wants to tell him the vast majority of transvestites ARE straight…?

“What on earth is going to happen next? Is someone at the Law Society going to tell all solicitors that they must promote to all their male heterosexual staff that they should trying becoming [sic] gay or bisexual or transvestites?”

    Oh, no, not at all.

“The Law Society should respect the fact that the very great majority of people in this country want to bring up their children as normal bisexual [sic] people as nature intended.”

    What???

Judging by his rather bizarre choice of phrases such as “normal bisexual people”, he is clearly an ill-educated eejit, who in my opinion, poses no threat to us or what we stand for. In fact, I feel sorry for the guy.

I don’t know he is onto our secret plan to turn the world queer.

Maybe we should turn him first with our queer ray!

Huh. Not sure whether to be offended at his narrow-minded outburst, or happy at his love of bisexuality.

  13. This man obviously has no idea what he is talking about and I wouldn’t want him defending me in court if he can make such a howling mistake as “bisexual…..!”

I can’t believe he’s a lawyer, nevermind a senior one at The Law Society.

  15. Lezabella, credit where it’s due. He ain’t from the Law Society. They are the ones who put out the press release that he is horrified about. Let’s not annoy the Law Society, they were plugging Pride, plus they are a bunch of lawyers and you don’t want to mess with those lot.

Oh, thanks Kazer- my mistake. I skimmed over it. Whoops-a-daisy!

He’s a senior partner in the firm where he works. Still, for a lawyer, he has a very poor grasp of grammar.

  18. Why hasn’t he been scaked? What a very stupid and ignorant person. Someone in his position has NO excuse for such ignorance. It is shocking that there are still people around who really are this ignorant. I can only assume he is some sort of old dinosaur and presumably he will soon be retired and will only be able to spout his silliness to fellow geriatrics at his day centre.
