  1. I can’t wait to see this movie! I can from the trailers and all the clips we’ve seen so far that it’s going to be BRILLIANT! All the actors are superb! I’m so excited and I can’t believe we only have 13 Days left now!!

  2. this movie is going to be wicked!

  3. Really looking forward to this. Found the last one a bit disappointing but I think this will be better…

  4. I love Harry Potter (not really, but don’t get me strated on the fanfiction ;) ), but i don’t see how this story is related to lgbt news? not complaining tho…

  5. Stevie C – I guess you could argue Dumbledore is a gay character, and Prof. Sprout is played by a lesbian actress, so there’s a tenuous LGBT link there.
One thing which always makes me laugh about all Harry Potter reviews is how all the critics and writeups constantly remind us “this one is much darker than the last one”. I’m imagining the final film in the series will be a totally jet black screen for 2 hours, like the cover of Spinal Tap’s “Kiss the glove” album. “None more dark…!”

Oh flapjack. That just made me snort out loud in Hayes’ Cafe Rouge, thanks lol. I am so ridiculously eager to see this movie, at 18 I really need to grow up… perhaps HP fan-fiction is the next step Stevie C ;)

  7. Saw this film last night with my girlfriend and loved it! While the romance is very heteronormative, it is very amusing het romance nevertheless. The film is very faithful to the book, although they had to miss things out given the length of the book. The tension is maintained throughout and there is no shortage of thrills. The acting is excellent – the younger actors are getting better and better! I also loved Jim Broadbent as Horace Slughorn.

Even though I knew what was coming, having read the book, the ending still left me shocked and desperate to see the next instalment!
