  1. Lord Mandelson and Darth Vader can anybody tell the difference?

Blimey, the last time somebody said Mandy was Gay She, got a bit catty about it. It was Matthew Paris, the Gay Times-on-Line Journalist. He just memtioned it to Paxman on Newsnight! So what, ‘arnt we all a friend of Dorothy’s?

  3. I’ve got one word for this list: ARSE!

Does no one else feel it is somewhat patronising? ‘Ooh look at the queers, aren’t they doing well for themselves – some have even come out of the closet and ended up in the Cabinet!’

Additionally, any list of ‘powerful’ gays that includes Simon Amstell is clearly utterly bolloxxx.

Gonzo, mate you are being just a little churlish. It’s all a giggle, a bit of fun and maybe a bit of mischief on the part of the Independent On Sunday! But arse is’nt quite the thing is it?…only when I’m spanking it!

  5. what? he ‘tops’ all of them – isn’t that libel???

  6. Oh merciful Jesus, at least there’ll be something to be cheerful about when the tories get in and he’s sloped off back to Corfu.

  7. This list only seems to cover the inhabitants within the M25. What about the Campaigners and Activists that live throughout the rest of the country? It seems to me that if you’re not a part of the “In Crowd” then you’re not a part of the communities struggle for equality? Stephen Fry supports homophobic discrimination, what’s he doing on the list?

Give it a year and he’ll be nowhere in sight on the list

I hate Lists and sleezy, slimy, unelected polititions heading lists and idiot (Days are numbered newspapers) promoting them.
Did anyone see the ‘Black List’ on google, it’s a list of people in this country to be arrested after the Nazis invaded us in 1940?

  10. I go with Gonzo. I find this stuff as offensive as “Black Music Awards”. People complain that they are picked out and segregated, and then pull crap like this off that other people feel left out and alienated by. On top of that, most people seriously wouldn’t want to be associated with such a corrupt, manipulative slimeball such as Mandelson.

  12. I don’t know why Mandelson was even hired again. He has no loyalty and is in it for himself.

Ha ha Beth Ditto is on there!

And Carol Ann Duffy, god I remember having to read her poems for English G.C.S.E a few years back. Meeeeeeemories!

  13. They keep saying Mandleson is like Cardinal Woolsey; I beg to differ. He has all the required Elements of Cardinal Richeleu who ended up ruling France in the early 17th century!

  14. Lord Mandelson; Unelected and UNACCOUNTABLE to anybody in his millionaires townhouse at regents park.

This is what we jokingly refer to as ‘democracy’.

Oh! you naughty, naughty beasts. How can you treat Mandy so. You should all know that Mandy is the essence of purity in all things!
