Well done you Guys. 15,000 Dollars Is not enough. You should have had double the amount! Ofcourse, certain persons (who shall remain nameless) will not be happy with this lovely story. The homophobic pillage of your souls must be recompenced and so it has. Splendid, splendid!

  2. Money is money but are they still living next to each other, because if so is it not going ot get worse. The Harrisons sound a bit special and taking money they don’t have is not going to solve anything lol x

  3. I don’t know what to make of this, homophobic abuse is obviously unacceptable, but if you’re going to force your neighbours to redesign their yard to your specifications (assuming these items weren’t encroaching on their property or boundary fence) then gay or straight you’re going to stoke up a neighbourly feud.
IMO it all boils down to who started it. I think the judge made the right decision, Boggs and Hart needlessly rattled the Harrison’s cage, but the Harrisons escalated it out of all proportion.

I think the comments by the judge are simply disgusting. How is being gay “provoking” people to act out of hate? How is that IN ANY WAY their fault? “Rational reasons”? Such as what? Being intolerant? Being homophobic? Such comments can be taken to mean that homophobia and intolerance are perfectly rational.

I think such a judgment is disgusting. The Harrisons should have been forced to attend anti-homophobia classes – or at least sent to anger management. I am sure if they had taken on neighbors for being Black or Hindu that judge would’ve taken such a case more seriously.

I am sure it will escalate now – let’s see what the judge does when somebody gets murdered by an irate neighbor for provoking them by being gay. For perfectly rational reasons of course.

  5. The same old story. Be very, very careful WHO your neighbours are!!!!
