A man was arrested after urinating on people during a Pride event in Detroit, US.
The man, who was drunk, faces an assault and battery charge after urinating on one man and spraying two bystanders at the Motor City Pride Festival on Sunday.
Police responded to reports of a fight around 6pm.
Ferndale police Lieutenant William Wilson told the Daily Tribune that the incident happened after some people had playfully splashed water at a group of street dancers.
He said: “The suspect was really drunk and made some comment about being splashed with water.
“He may have wanted to take revenge, but we can’t be sure. He turned and urinated on the leg of a guy standing next to him and some of it sprayed on two other guys standing nearby.”
The 31-year-old man was released from jail after sobering up and paying a $500 bond. He is due to appear in court on June 23rd.
