The DVD is yet to go on DVD release because the film is still touring the film festival circuit, so keep an eye out at LGBT festivals, screenings and whatnot. But it will definitely be available on DVD in the future. Perhaps by checking sites likes this:http://maraiafilm.com/ or by trying a google search later in time…Sorry, I can’t be of more help just now.
Actually I did read pretty much the same thing in your interview with Maher Sabry, but living in Canada, I am spoiled. I actually thought I could just by-pass the film festival circuit thing and buy the DVD right away. I am simply not aware of the ins and outs of the film industry.
I don’t know very much about arabic films, although I do own a copy of Youssef Chahine’s ‘Alexandria… Why’ and another one called ‘Steam’ which is set in modern day Istanbul.
I will tune into the website you have suggested and you can be assured that I will be placing an order for this groundbreaking film at the very first occasion.

Only one question? Where can I buy the DVD?
