Reminds me of when “Christian” clergy in Russia would incite their flock at Easter and other times, leading to deadly riots known as pogroms against Jews in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Jacqui Smith and her Home Office should be reading this! Maybe she’ll think twice before she boots out gay islamic asylum seekers. How much more proof does she need?

War on terror? Huh. Sounds to me like it was a war FOR terror. Hussein was an evil, evil man, but charging in with all guns blazing rarely fixes anything.

kinda proves that voicing homophobia in the name of religion leads to actions by your congregation; all the more reason that churches and other temples in this country shouldnt be allowed to spew anti gay rhetoric as part of their sermon…such a shame that the incitement to hate crime laws dont recognise the influence that religious leaders have. If they constantly preach that being gay is wrong, people will continue to condemn and even take action against LGBT people. So much hate against us comes from there; its at the root.

  5. how horribly sad … religion causes more death & destruction than
any other reason… i wish more people would realize this, & the hypocrisy
of their “faith”. “Christians” are not much better that. these lunatic Muslims.
This is another good reason to be Atheist.

What a hideous place Iraq is. Full of fanatical lunatics with not enough brain power to think rationally for themselves. Its no wonder they kill gay and lesbian people…they kill their fellow country men and women at random. I feel sad, and concerned, for gays in the area. They are probably the most intelligent and creative citizens as well
