This is another example of where the Greens and the European Parliament can play a large role in improving the lives of LGBT citizens across Europe. I hope that LGBT voters will go out and vote for the Greens and other progressive parties against the BNP on June 4th for the European elections. The BNP are not far off winning Euro seats and it is vital that they are stopped and that LGBT friendly parties represent us in Brussels.

More protection for religion sneaked in amongst this. I hope it will not secure a right for people with religious views to discriminate against us because of religious views held.
