I am sure many people will relate to this show, but could Simon Doonan just go away, please? I find him [and his husband] completely affected and not good role models for anyone in the community. Their arrogance and bitchiness are waaaay over the top, not to mention their taste level [or lack thereof].
There are Simon Doonans in nearly every major urban Gay environment. Affectated mannerisms among LGBT people is a survival strategy that is poorly understood even by other LGBT folk. Besides, Chuck, there are quite a few colours in our rainbow and all of them are beautiful.
I loved this show – I do hope the grown up Simon and his boyfriend are not included in the new show – they were hideous. They need to keep the focus on 1997
