Ah a glimmer of hope and progression in Africa very good news, slowy but surely. It is worrying though that the law was backed by parts of the government and approved by the national assembly which is voted for by the people is it not?

I’m glad this proposal was rejected; there are lots of problems in this world and worrying about who sleeps with whom isn’t really a big one.
