    I’m glad this proposal was rejected; there are lots of problems in this world and worrying about who sleeps with whom isn’t really a big one.

    Amazing – i’m glad I was sitting down when I saw this – the way things have been going in Africa the last few years it seemed there was a massive tide against us – perhaps it has now turned?

  4. Ah a glimmer of hope and progression in Africa very good news, slowy but surely. It is worrying though that the law was backed by parts of the government and approved by the national assembly which is voted for by the people is it not?
