Customers of the UK’s second-largest gay dating site have complained after the site’s co-owner launched a four-letter rant about TV celebrity Jade Goody on YouTube.

Joe Hill, co-founder of Fitlads.net, described Ms Goody as “a fat media whore cow” and a “vulgar woman” in the video.

He also attacked supporters of the Labour party and vegetarians.

Fitlads.net has more than 250,000 subscribers, most of them in the UK.

Ms Goody, 27, rose to prominence after appearing on Big Brother in 2002.

She has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and doctors have told her she may be dead within months.

She has two young children, Bobby, five, and Freddie, four. One Fitlads subscriber emailed PinkNews.co.uk to express his anger at Mr Hill’s comments.

“I think is is utterly disgusting that they can get away with things like this, that guy is meant to be the administrator.

“He keeps the site in check and anyone that is abusive to other members racist or anything gets deleted by him,” he wrote.

“Why can he post that video on YouTube and Fitlads and think its OK? This site is a disgrace to the gay community.”

Others expressed shock at the tone of the video post, in which lasts for 100 seconds.

Mr Hill said it is a shame that Ms Goody has cancer but “this woman is only using this for her own financial gain.”

“The real insult is those that have lost friends and family to cancer,” he said.

“You have had your personal tragedies weakened by this complete fat pig, vulgar woman.

“Now, to the stupid, Fairtrade coffee-drinking, politically correct, Labour party-voting, vegetarians out there who are going to say ‘but you can’t talk about Jade Goody like that, I’ve got two words. F**k you.”

One subscriber said in an email to PinkNews.co.uk:

“Is this really how the owner of the second biggest UK gay dating site should be behaving? Surely if he doesn’t like what she is doing he should just not read the articles or watch the reports/programmes on TV?

“Instead he decides to attack some one when they are at their most vulnerable and then encourages people on his website to watch and comment. Is this really how we want the gay community to be portrayed?”

Mr Hill was contacted by PinkNews.co.uk but has yet to respond. Staff at Fitlads said he is on holiday in the US.

Ms Goody is being represented by publicist Max Clifford.

“She was sitting on the bed, still in pain, probably a couple of hours after being told she was going to die and she was saying to me, ‘look Max, I know I’m ignorant but I’m going to make sure that my boys get the best education,” he told ITV1’s This Morning earlier today.

“I’m going to pay for their education for the rest of their lives because that’ll give them the best chance in life.'”
