  1. What was he charged with??? How come he is out on bail particularly AFTER a verdict has been reached?? I thought that homophobic intent was meant to be an aggravating feature….. in this case it seems to be the opposite. Suppose it was “Pensioner dies after attack by teeenage yobbo….” ?? He would be all over the tabloids. It worries me.

  2. No way it’s manslaughter. That’s a joke. That yob will walk away from this, laughing.

  3. I thought the idea behind manslaughter was not intending to harm the victim, such as cases of health and safety negligence or driving over the limit.
If you punch a pensioner in the face, and the act is premeditated I’m guessing the intention isn’t a shiatzu massage. Why isn’t he on a murder charge?

The difference is malice aforethought./ Did he kill without deliberation, premeditation, and malice or did he plan to murder this guy? A view was clearly taken that is was not his intention when he set upon his victim to actually kill me.

He will be sentenced though for the unjustifiable and inexcusable killing of another human being

  5. Why is he out on bail? Can you say, ‘flee?’

  6. ‘Just’ the murder of yet another gay man – seems to be an occupational hazard for all anyone seems to care. Homophobia is so alive and well – just as it has always been.

  7. And I’m sure the Daily Mail and certain christian “Values” organisations will laud this sub-human piece of filth as a hero for “traditional values”.

  8. hold on do any of you know wat happened no you dont so all you people can be quiet and consetrate on ur own boring lifes!!!!
