I wish Bush all the worst and hope that Obama is more consistent in his alleged support for gay rights than he has been to date. He must be watched carefully. He is a politician and not a saviour. He has already shown he will abandon gay people’s concerns the second it is convenient for him. I wish him well but I think we would be wise to wait to see whether his actions live up to his rhetoric.
