Probably many may think that the judge is implying that gaols are full of homosexual men which is just not the reality of gaol population. I believe the judge is aware that amongst low life heterosexual men there are those who will fuck man, woman or beast when that`s all that is available.
I never implied just in prison. Anywhere and everywhere some males are incapable of genuine love and feeling for others, but this young guy was saved from a situation from which he`d have nowhere to run. Prison authorities appear not to care. The judge is a wise and caring person. I hope the young driver improves his ways after the warning, however many may assume a wrong idea that just because some prisoners fuck other men, often violently, that they are gay. Not so.
I wonder what the outcry would be if large numbers of women were being raped in prison.Just reinforces the casual attitude about violence and rape against men , both straight and gay.
Australia needs to take action to ensure people committed to prison are safe. Its thier duty! As they say you can judge how civilised a country is by the state of its prisons.Taking away a persons liberty is the punishment, they should not suffer abuse at the hands off thier goalers or by other inmates.
