Unfortunately Northern Ireland will soon become the only part of the UK not to have a Sexual Health Worker targetting gay and bisexual men. While in other parts of the UK these types of workers are employed directely by the NHS, in Northern Ireland the Department for Health cannot even get its act together to ensure that some of the sexual health funding available is actually used to target this high priority group.
