I have been a fan of Cliff Richards for years. I totally admire his openness about his Faith. It takes a real man to be so forthright. With regards to his sexuality, surely, he isn’t the only man singer to be unmarried, and if he wishes to remain single, so what, it is not the end of the world. I think he is great, but I do believe there is alot that his fans don’t know, and I have met him at the Concert Hall, Nottingham.
He makes me cringe! For a so-called religious guy, he sure hasn’t grabbed the meaning of vanity. I hope he’s not gay. It would be an insult to all gays if he is, and to remain in the closet for so many years when he could have supported the gay movement.

Isn’t it more likely that he’s asexual? If he was actively gay I’m sure that we’d have seen “kiss and tell” stories from former partners in the media. He may be homoromantic and like having a male companion but he may not have any need for sex. Not that its any of our business anyway!
What enigma? The pattern is that people who shout from the rooftops about how celebate they are are just outings waiting to happen. Stephen Fry, Alan Bennett… once you say you share a house with a guy and have done for ever, ‘and did I mention how celebate I am by the way?’ the cat’s as good as out the bag.
Straight celebate people simply don’t advertise the fact.
Most gay people have known about the gay life of “Sir Cliff” from his very early years! One day, many will tell their stories.
Here is the thing, it’s none of our business. It’s his life and he can live it anyway that he wants.
The book came out in September, this is December, Xmas approaches.
He’s only trying to get some attention so some folk may think of buying his book :-)
A real Christian who is following the Bible would be against the gay lifestyle. As the Bible is clearly against it then a real Christian would not condone it.
I read that Father McElynn is 15 years younger than Cliff but that still makes him 52! I think it’s high time for Cliff to find someone younger. Cliff Richard is a celeb, and he has certain responsibilities to live up to.

Rod Stewart is not in his grave he is still alive. As for Cliff if he wants he needs to find someone younger and a woman at that and get married in the right way according to what the Bible says. As he is a Christian he needs to follow and do what the Bible says.

My husband passed on 14 years ago. IF I was going to have a room mate it sure wouldn’t be a guy, (WHAT WOULD PEOPLE THINK.) There again. If it was a woman, (WOULD I BE CLASSED AS A LESBIAN?) When that would be the furthest from the truth…Judge not, and you shall not be judged.
AS long as they are just roommates then it is allright. If doing immoral things then not allright.
