perhaps if India wants to keep the name of “the world’s largest democracy” this guy should start to understand how democracies work! Obv. the courts have more power than parliament, that’s why leaders with undemocratic tendencies fear them so much, just look at Zimbabwe, yet again mugabe’s henchman have decided to ignore a binding court ruling. India’s nowhere near in that league but guys like Malhotra seem to want to take it that way….
