  1. Hmmm, not sure about this idea, while I agree that LGBT schoolkids need to be protected from bullies, this feels like sanctioning gay segregation. The long term result of this is that straight kids will not come into contact with gay ones and their prejudices will go unchallenged. The road to hell is paved with good intentions?

    I am uneasy at the thought of LGBT students being in the fornt line trying to educate bigots. OUR duty is to protect our children, not use them as pawns in the equality battle. WE will have to (continue to) fight that battle.

  3. they want to put hay students in seporate school. Ok sure, why not have seporate buses, eateries, libarys ect. Why is segregation good and in my opinion its seems in America to be acceptable to treatinf gays in the 21C how they did blacks in the 19th.

  4. Because this worked out so well when they did it with black pupils.

    At least they are mixing a bit in that half of the students are not gay bi or transgender. And it will make it way easier for the gay ones to get a date.
