I don’t understand why this happened. Given his antecedents, how is it that the court didn’t ordered a compulsory mental treatment for his blatant homophobia, aside from his jail penalty? May be in jail they will rape him to cure him once and for all, but that’s not the case, a life is lost. Not counting the damage he may have produced to the autistic guy.
Jail is not enought when there are mental problems involved.
